  • Leader As Trust Builder™ Workshop
    Ideal for supervisors and managers, this workshop teaches leaders about how their behaviors influence trust in the workplace.

    Session Time: 3 - 3.5 hours Intended for: Individuals in a supervisory or management role

  • TrustWorks! 360 Online Leadership Assessment
    The online 360 degree assessment tool is the most powerful, effective way for a leader to gain valuable insight about possible areas for improving his or her strengths as a leader. The data goes beyond self-perception. By gathering others’ perspectives, a leader receives feedback from several raters: his boss, peer and direct reports.

PACE™ Palette
A great tool for learning why people do things a certain way, this personal assessment classifies an individual’s temperament preference on how he or she approaches life. Four core temperaments are identified through a combination of colors—Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green.
