TrustWorks!® Learning Programs

By focusing on one of the core aspects to success—workplace trust—the TrustWorks! Learning Programs provide a positive, behavioral approach to developing interaction skills. Individuals learn how their actions influence others and what they can do to overcome obstacles.

Each learning program concentrates on the four elements of trust in the TrustWorks Model:

Dependable—Maintain Reliability

Programs include:

  • Great Teams™ Workshop
    Helps a team quickly discover what it is doing that contributes to or hinders its effectiveness.

    Session Time: 2 – 2.5 hours
    Intended for: Intact teams, project teams, new teams, executive/management, departments—people who work closely together to achieve a common goal

Complimentary TrustWorks! programs:

  • Leader As Trust Builder™ Workshop
    Ideal for supervisors and managers, this workshop teaches leaders about how their behaviors influence trust in the workplace.

    Session Time: 3 - 3.5 hours
    Intended for: Individuals in a supervisory or management role

  • TrustWorks! Support Tools
    Items from activity card decks to sticky pads to buttons can be used with participants during the workshop.
