The TrustWorks online 360 feedback process is the more powerful way for leaders to gain valuable insight about their trust building abilities. The assessment is simple, straightforward and generates a wealth of data. Data that goes beyond self-perception about one’s trust building skills by getting the perspective of others. A leader receives confidential feedback from several raters—his/her boss, peers and direct reports.
