The online 360 feedback process is the more powerful way for a leader to gain valuable insight about possible improvement areas. It is based on data that goes beyond self-perception about one’s trust building skills by getting the perspective of others. A leader receives feedback from several raters—his/her boss, peers and direct reports. The assessment includes feedback from up to 10 raters, a comprehensive report with an analysis within the four Trust Elements, an Action Plan and a Trust Development Resource.
